Contract research services
Leveraging our extensive expertise in process and assay development for stem cells and organoids, we provide flexible, modular, and fully customizable services to support your preclinical research needs on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), organoid development, gene editing, and the cellular and molecular characterization of iPSCs and their derivatives.
Our five service modules readily available for aiding your work include:
- Cell reprogramming
Non-integrating cell reprogramming methods to generate karyotype-normal, high-quality iPSCs for research use
- Cellular pluripotency characterization
Immunofluorescence microscopy, quantitative PCR, Pluritest assays to detect pluripotency gene expression, Embryoid body formation with the detection of germ layer-specific marker expression
- Lineage-specific differentiation
Differentiating neuronal and muscle cells from iPSCs based on internal protocols for monolayer cell cultures
- Neural organoid development
Generating region-specific (cerebral, midbrain, and cerebellar) organoids followed by neural marker detection using immunofluorescence microscopy assays
- Gene editing
CRISPR-mediated DNA modifications to disrupt gene functions in iPSC clones and their derivatives
